The goal of REACh 1.0. is to foster mentorship

designed ot help youths achienve their full potential.

This is achieved by building strong, trusting and positive relationships, and life skills in youths training

and mentoring programs.

Youths are trained and mentored as they prepared for success by developing socially awhile participating with others in various academic, recreational and career activities.

Youths are connected with community leaders as they build leadership skills and learn responsibility to help them succeed.
